If you reduce the amount you are consuming by too much, and too quickly, this can promote an unhealthy weight, and you may get too far underweight. Many who choose a Calorie Restriction diet plan may also find reduction in bone density, dizziness, or loss of muscle mass, if they do not properly research the foods they should be eating, and when they should be eating them, in order to lose the fat, rather than lose the lean muscle mass which is something dieters should learn about prior to staring a reduced calorie diet.

There are several great benefits to reducing the number of calories you consume on a day to day basis.
